Coconut milk is one of those pantry staples I never worry about having too much of. It rarely spoils, it’s versatile as heck, and it’s honestly just delicious. Whether you have 1 can or 10, here are some dishes that’ll expand your recipe book and make you love the stuff even more (if that’s possible).
If you’ve been to Vietnam, you’re probably familiar with Vietnamese iced coffee. It’s creamy, sweet, refreshing, and delicious, but unfortunately isn’t vegan-friendly. By replacing condensed milk with this homemade coconut condensed milk, we’ve created a heavenly alternative for all our plant-based friends.
