Dairy-Free Lime Crema

Description

This dairy-free lime crema elevates your sauce game to a whole new level. With just a few simple ingredients, this dressing comes together in a pinch and makes a world of difference!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 limes (juiced)
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together until creamy.
  2. Serve atop tacos, nachos, salads, buddha bowls, or wherever else sour cream could be replaced. Recipe makes 4-6 servings.

Coconut Matcha Frappe


  • Total Time: 5 minutes

Description

With flavourful matcha, creamy coconut milk, a touch of vanilla and a hint of sea salt, this blended coconut matcha frappe will be your new go-to.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Be Fresh lite coconut milk
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
  • Large handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glasses. Recipe serves 2-3.
