Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 limes (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together until creamy.
- Serve atop tacos, nachos, salads, buddha bowls, or wherever else sour cream could be replaced. Recipe makes 4-6 servings.

- Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- Large handful of ice

- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glasses. Recipe serves 2-3.
