Kids are in school, college students are laden with homework, and most parents are spending their days at work.  One great time saving technique is to make a large dinner, and pack the leftovers for the next day.  Some dishes, like chili, have many different ways to be served – in taco salads, wrapped in tortillas, as a topping on a frankfurter, stuff bell peppers… the list goes on!

These six dinners all taste better the next day, because their spices and juices have had a chance to blend into the rest of the ingredients, and become even tastier!  All of these meals can be made vegetarian; we suggest substituting Spud’s Yves organic ground round for minced meat.

Happy leftovers!
