The BLT is a classic sandwich and you might be resistant to the idea veganizing it. Shh, just read on. Made with the vegan bacon, this sandwich achieves the flavours of its namesake, even without actual bacon.

Obviously, it’s not the same thing as bacon, but it’s pretty dang delicious. Pair it up crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, vegan mayo, and a touch of avocado (if you’re feeling extra crazy) and you’ll have yourself a lunch fit for a champion.
