Everyone deserves cookies.
Whether you are gluten-free yourself, or just have a gluten-free friend or loved one, you need this recipe. Baking gluten-free cookies, or any gluten-free treat, doesn’t have to be intimidating, nor difficult!
Recently I discovered how to make decadent gluten-free chocolate chip cookies using just five ingredients! The secret? Nuts to You Almond Butter. It replaces the binding effect of both the flour and butter, creating the perfect consistency of a warm, moist, and gooey cookie, with little flecks of crunch throughout. Not to mention, it’s super easy to make.
To make these cookies, add one teaspoon of baking powder, one beaten egg, half a cup of brown sugar, and half a cup of mini chocolate chips to one HEAPING cup of Nuts to You Almond Butter. Mix well, spoon onto a baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes. Once finished, let the cookies rest for ten minutes before diving in. Bonus suggestion: use them to make ridiculously delicious ice cream sandwiches.

These cookies are guaranteed to satisfy those gluten-free people in your life, and even those who aren’t! Just don’t tell them they’re gluten-free until after they’ve eaten them, so you don’t run into prejudice.
