Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup of preferred milk
1/2 cup apple, grated
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
Pinch ginger, ground
Pinch cloves, ground
Pinch salt
1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a jar and stir. Let sit overnight and enjoy in the morning!
