Kombucha has been a trend long enough that it is safe to say it is a drink that is here to stay. Now is the time to ditch the usual mixes you use in your favourite cocktails and use kombucha instead.
There’s nothing complicated about making kombucha cocktails, but there are a few things you should note:
- Add the kombucha last. You don’t want the carbonation to go flat
- Taste your kombucha before you use it in a cocktail, some is sweeter than others. Adjust accordingly.
- You can make mocktails too!
- Because of its tartness, kombucha works the best in sour drinks like a margarita, sangria, or a whiskey sour.
