- 3/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any colour)
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1 small, ripe avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
