Favourite Gluten-Free Items Available at Spud May National Celiac Awareness Month, but every day Spud…
It’s that time of year, where it’s time to put on your cozy clothes and start Christmas baking. With every good party comes a great sweet tray. If your parties are like my family’s, a “sweet tray” is a necessity. It essentially means a pile of bite-sized cookies, brownies, bars, balls, and cakes. Unlike a large pie or cake, sweet trays are nice because there’s something different for everyone, and you don’t have to commit to a whole slice if you don’t want to. And, another bonus, if you make a vegan/gluten-free/nut-free recipe, you’ll cover most dietary concerns too! Everyone’s happy. Give it a go!
How to create the perfect sweet tray:
1) Choose 3 or more from the recipes below.
2) Make sweets. To save time, perhaps choose a no-baking-required, vegan, and classic sweet. If you have ample time, delve into the timelier “fun treats” world. Alternatively, if you’re not in the baking mood, buy pre-packaged sweets. Check out the options marked freezer friendly, to make in advance and freeze until the party.
3) Arrange sweets nicely on a platter. To healthify, it, feel free to add fresh fruit.
4) Bring to your party. The holiday party is now complete!
