if you live within 2 km of our Be Fresh Cypress location!

Just follow these steps:
1. Select a shopping day when you sign into your online Spud account
2. On the Order Review page, click “View Pick Up Options” under your delivery address. Set your delivery method to “Bike Delivery” from Be Fresh Cypress.
3. Complete your Spud order as usual, selecting the items you want from our produce and grocery sections
4. Submit your order, and it will get dropped off on your selected day!
