Spirulina Breakfast Smoothie that will kick start your day and give you energy for the day.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, sliced and separated
1 cup of frozen blueberries or raspberries
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of kale
3/4 of a cup of Blue Monkey Coconut Water
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of hemp hearts
1 tsp of spirulina
2 medjool dates
+ your favourite granola
Directions:
1) Blend all ingredients together in a blender except for half of the sliced banana and granola.
2) Use left over banana and granola for garnish. It helps to make a smoothie feel more filling and satisfying!
