Spiced Edamame

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 2 tsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pound frozen edamame in the pod

Directions:

  • In a small pan over medium heat, warm the spices. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes, until the aroma fills the room.
  • Boil the edamame pods in salted water for about 8 minutes, until tender. Drain and pat dry.
  • Toss the edamame with the spices and Teriyaki and serve warm.
