Having been Celiac for the past 6 years, resisting that slice of the pumpkin pie after a hearty Thanksgiving dinner has never been easy.

I tested this exact combination with my coworkers, and it’s safe to say no one missed the gluten or the dairy. The pie disappeared within minutes.
