Favourite Recipe: Sesame Seared Tuna

 

½” Tuna slices

½ cup sesame seeds

3 tbsp Wasabi Powder

Olive oil

 

Heat oil in cast-iron skillet

Mix sesame seeds and Wasabi Powder

Coat tuna (both sides) with sesame seed and wasabi

Sear tuna 30 seconds/side

Serve, eat, enjoy!
