It’s getting chilly outside! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with Spud’s winter delivery changes. As the temperatures drop below -10C, your deliveries will not survive outside longer than 30 minutes.
Here are some options to consider to protect your deliveries during the colder months:
- If you have a garage with keypad entry system, please provide entry information for your driver.
- If there is a sheltered area that would best be suited for delivery, please notify our Customer Care team, so they can make a note on your customer account for delivery.
- Please let us know if there a trusted neighbour we can leave the bins with. If so, please let our Customer Care team know, so we can notify the drivers of the delivery location.
- We also welcome pickups at our warehouse, as well. Give us a call to arrange a weekly pickup time, if this is your preferable option.
