Victoria’s own Bagga Pasta is a small specialty producer and creates products that are as close to completely handmade as possible. Without the personal care and professional quality that goes into everything they do, they believe that pasta would lose its personality.

Some notes on fresh pasta: Fresh pasta is denser and absorbs sauce better than dry pasta, making for noodles that can carry a lot of flavour and are very filling. Fresh pasta cooks in less than five minutes and just tastes better than dry. Bagga Pasta’s filled pastas are individually quick frozen (IQF) to lock in that fresh “just made taste” and cook in less than 8 minutes. All fillings are made in their own kitchen from scratch with all natural ingredients.
