The Paleolithic diet (sometimes called the caveman diet) is based around eating foods as similar as possible to what humans ate in the Paleolithic era. Proponents of this diet recommend fish, grass-fed pasture raised meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, and nuts, while avoiding grains, legumes, dairy, and processed oils. You can eat like a caveman (with all the modern amenities!) by browsing Spud’s great collection of local meats, eggs, and produce.
