Chickpea Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 c. cooked (or canned) chickpeas, drained and mashed
  • 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
