Paul C. Bragg began his crusade for healthy living over 70 years ago. As a teenager he was diagnosed with TB, but rather than passively sit back and suffer, he worked with Swiss physician August Rollier to develop an eating, breathing and exercising program to rebuild his body. He regained his health and went on to become a strong athlete and a health food evangelist. He wrote numerous books and counseled and lectured all over the world. Paul lived to be nearly 100 years old in a “tireless, ageless, painless body”.
Today, the Bragg family tradition continues with Paul’s daughter Patricia whose picture is on every bottle of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. She has won international fame for her self-help and healthy lifestyle books. She lectures all over the world and has made numerous television talk-show appearances.
