I am an advocate for positive change in Calgary. I continue to search for opportunities to be involved with groups who are improving the lives of the people in this great city. Outside of my classes at YYC CYCLE and our impact through the YYC GIVE’R campaigns, I am currently involved with various organizations including:
– United Way – Being an Ambassador for positive change through the “Do Good” campaign.
– Prospect Human Services – Holding spin classes and motivation sessions for adults with developmental disabilities.
– Little Hippies Yoga Calgary – Providing business advice and strategy as a board member, and positive mentor for youth.

Is there anything else that you think is important for us to know?

Growing up with a father who is a Master Chef, and a mother who is a natural healing practitioner, I know what I put into my body matters. I stand behind proper nutrition as being the biggest factor to my physical performance and health. I have had such a great experience with the quality and service of Spud and am thrilled to be representing such a great company with such strong values.
