- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 of a small avocado
- 1 cup milk of choice (we like oat!)
- Optional: protein powder – we like Botanica Health’s Perfect Protein (No sugar/sweetener, plant based, and it’s fermented for easier digestion!)
Blend well and serve!
