Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped⁣
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced⁣
  • 1 tsp dried oregano⁣
  • ⅓ cup olive oil⁣
  • 2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar⁣
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste⁣
  • Optional: minced fresh chile pepper⁣

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 15 minutes so the flavours mingle. Can refrigerate for up to 2 days.⁣
