- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
- Optional: minced fresh chile pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 15 minutes so the flavours mingle. Can refrigerate for up to 2 days.
