🍹Rosehip Hibiscus Simple Syrup🍹
1/4 cup rosehip hibiscus tea (or similar)
1 cup organic cane sugar
1 cup boiling water
Combine all ingredients and stir until sugars dissolve. Allow to cool and steep, then strain out the tea.
🍹Lavender Chamomile Simple Syrup🍹
1 cup organic cane sugar
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons dried lavender
1 chamomile tea bag
Combine all ingredients and stir until sugars dissolve. Allow to cool and steep, then strain out the tea and dried lavender.
🍹Lavender Chamomile Lemonade🍹
1 ounce lavender chamomile simple syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
6-8 ounces soda
1 lemon wheel, for garnish
Combine the syrup and lemon juice in glass, fill with ice, add soda and stir. Garnish with the lemon wheel. Enjoy!
🍹Lavender Chamomile French 75🍹
.5 ounce lavender chamomile syrup
.5 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce of gin, any variety. Use Empress Gin for a local variety with beautiful colour
3 ounces prosecco or any sparkling white wine
Lemon twist, lavender sprig for garnish (as desired)
Combine gin, syrup and lemon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill and strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco and lemon twist or lavender sprig. Enjoy!

1.5 ounces gin, any variety
1.5 ounces rosehip hibiscus simple syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
1/3 dropped Ms. Better Bitters Miraculous Foamer or 1 teaspoons aquafaba
Dehydrated citrus wheel, or garnish of choice
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake hard to create foam
Add ice to the shaker and shake hard again
Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top with choice of garnish. Enjoy!
