Cougar Mountain Baking Company has been a locally-owned, Seattle-based wholesale cookie company since 1988. Starting with one, great, chocolate chunk cookie recipe, Cougar Mountain now markets well over a dozen varieties of all-natural, trans-fat free, gourmet cookies and ready-to-bake cookie dough. After all these years, we still specialize only in cookies, but we think that’s part of what makes our cookies the best. Our branded products are sold in hundreds of grocery stores, coffee shops, and drug stores in Washington and Oregon.
Founded by David Saulnier (pictured), our company sources the best ingredients both locally and regionally whenever possible. David is still the recipe maker and our Seasonal and Flavor-of-the-Month varieties give him the freedom to experiment and take cookie flavors beyond the ordinary.
