The Weston A. Price diet is based off of the work of Weston Price, an American dentist who studied the dental health of world cultures. He noted the distinct differences in facial structure and teeth between traditional and industrialized eaters. Sally Fallon and Mary Enig later formed a foundation in his honour, to promote nutrient-dense foods in industrialized diets.
Gain the benefits of this diet by choosing minimally processed foods, including traditional fats (animal fats, dairy fats, olive oil, and cod liver oil), organic fruits and vegetables, cultured dairy and vegetables, soaked or fermented whole grains, and bone stocks.
