They are proud to be the first roaster of Fair Trade Certified cocoa beans and the only roaster of organic cocoa beans in the United States.

The Theo Origin Bars feature premium dark chocolate from Venezuela, Ghana, Ecuador, Madagascar and the Ivory Coast. The 3400 Phinney Chocolate Factory Bars feature organic and fair trade milk and dark chocolates in a range of delicious flavors.
