Deb Lauzon began Soya Nova over 23 years ago, on beautiful Salt Spring Island. Deb has been making traditional tofu since 1983, using only organic soybeans, nigari (natural magnesium chloride) and mineral-rich well water. She slow cooks the tofu in an open cauldron, to produce beautiful blocks of the finest.
