What do you do when your gluten intolerant nine year old daughter can’t eat pizza with the rest of the family? You figure out how to make gluten free pizza, of course. That’s how Angela and Lane ended up the owners of the Gluten Free Chef. On a quest to give their daughter healthy and delicious choices, they spent eight months obsessively testing recipes, and eventually found one that made the whole family happy. Angela’s favorite thing about owning her own business? “Teaching my daughter that being gluten-free isn’t something wrong with you. When life gives us lemons, we just make lemonade and sell it.”
