A deliciously sweet spin on a traditional iced matcha latte using local strawberries!
1 tsp matcha powder
3–4 tbsp hot water
3/4 – 1 cup milk of choice
2–3 local strawberries
1–2 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)
- Mix matcha with hot water using a matcha whisk or a milk frother until foamy. Ensure the water is hot but not boiling.
- Using a small blender blend milk with strawberries and sweetener
- Fill a glass 3/4 full with ice, pour in matcha then strawberry milk, enjoy!
