1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 cups chopped broccoli
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Sesame seeds for garnish
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil.
2. Add the mushrooms and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms have turned nicely browned.
3. Add the broccoli and red pepper flakes, and sauté for another 8 minutes or so, until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
4. Taste, season accordingly and garnish
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
