Ingredients
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Flavourings of choice: i.e. herbs like thyme or rosemary, or chili flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 F degrees. In an oven-safe dish, place desired amount of peeled garlic and flavourings. Fully submerge the garlic with olive oil. Cover and bake until golden and very soft, approximately 2 hours. Store the garlic and oil in an airtight container in the fridge.
