Dehydrated Citrus Garnish

Homemade Sugared Rosemary Cocktail Garnish

Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar is dissolved and remove from heat. Dunk rosemary in the simple syrup and remove with a slotted spoon or chopsticks. Set rosemary on a wire rack for one hour (note the rosemary will not completely dry, but remain sticky). Gently coat the rosemary in granulated sugar.
