Grilled Peach Salsa

Description

This grilled peach salsa is the perfect addition to any summer taco!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium peaches
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3-4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

Cut peaches in half, remove the pit, and brush with a neutral oil (we used avocado). Grill on the barbeque on medium heat for 5-8 minutes, until lightly caramelized. Remove from the grill and let cool completely.

Dice the cooled peaches and combine them with the diced tomato, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Enjoy it alone with tortilla chips or on of tacos.
