Ingredients
Flour tortillas
Grated cheddar cheese
Crunchy taco shells
Instructions
Cook hard taco shells according to package instructions. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a baking tray. Evenly sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese on each tortilla and place in the oven to melt (about 2 minutes). Once the cheese is melted, remove from the oven. Carefully place a hard taco shell on each flour tortilla. Fold the flour tortilla in half, pressing the shell into the cheese.
Fill with your favourite taco fillings—we used purple cabbage, grilled shrimp, cilantro, and salsa verde.

Instructions
