How long will my membership last?

Membership will remain active for one year from purchase date. Your membership will be automatically renewed and your card on file will be charged unless you opt out at that time.

What health and beauty products are not included?

The following categories are not included: hairbrushes, toothbrushes, makeup applicators, sponges, razors, neti pots, spa tools, cotton products, whole foods and snacks, sweeteners, spices, coconut oil, ghee, meal replacement or protein bars, seasonal or holiday products, candles and candle accessories, diffusers, salt lamps and salt lamp accessories.

How do I apply my discount?

Once you’ve signed up for the club, you will see the discount on eligible products when you are logged in to your SPUD account.

If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Yes! Within the first 14 days of membership, you can receive a full refund of your membership fee – minus the discount amount that was applied to any purchases made with your Wellness Club membership. To get a refund, call customer care. *Refunds take 5-10 business days to process.

Can I use my Wellness Club discount on top of sale prices?

No – if an eligible item is already on sale, you will receive the sale price or 15% off the regular price, whichever is a better discount. Other discounts, including standing order discounts, cannot be combined with the Wellness Club discount.

Can I use my Wellness Club membership in store?

Yes! In Calgary and Edmonton, you can use your membership at Blush Lane Organic Market. Simply print out the bar code found on your account page, bring it into the store and hand it to your cashier at checkout.
