Alain found his passion for home-cooked food almost by accident. A Montreal native, he moved to Calgary with his wife in 1995 and began experimenting in the kitchen. As demand for his culinary offerings grew, he decided to make the move to a French commercial kitchen and started producing lunches for the world. His use of local ingredients and French techniques gives his food a homemade touch.
