- 2 cups assorted olives (we used kalamata and green)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Peel of half an orange (peeled in strips with a vegetable peeler)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, heat all ingredients on medium until the oil begins to sizzle. Turn the heat down to low and continue to sauté for an additional 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and serve warm with a side of bread to soak up the flavourful olive oil.
