Update your order through the week

SPUD orders are fully customizable based on your individual needs. There are no contracts, and no minimum order size. You are free to order however much you want, as often you like.

Standing Orders

Create a standing order and receive weekly or bi-weekly deliveries of your staple grocery items. No more running out of milk, bread or cheese! As an additional bonus, you’ll get 5% off most products on your standing order. Set it and forget it!

Fresh Harvest Boxes

Simply tell us how often you want to receive the box (weekly or bi-weekly) and how much you want to spend on the box. You can adjust your Fresh Harvest Box to include local items only, or tailor it to include the fruits and vegetables you and your family want.

My Lists

My Lists are shopping lists that you create, containing grocery items that you’ve ordered before or that you want to group together to make it easier and faster to do your grocery shopping. You can create a list for staple household items, snacks, even everything you’d need for the perfect Mexican dinner. Build as many lists as you want!

Just like a regular grocery store, SPUD offers weekly specials and caselot discounts. Shop our weekly specials page and take advantage of some great deals.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If anything in your order is not what you expected, don’t worry. It’s on us. Learn more about our satisfaction guarantee.

    When you are satisfied with your grocery cart, proceed to checkout to review the items in your cart, and complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and delivery day. You can make adjustments and additions to your order as often as you’d like before the 3 PM deadline the day before your delivery day.

    View our delivery map to see what delivery day your neighbourhood falls under. Each time you adjust your order and submit it, an email will be sent to you confirming your most recent order. Orders cancelled past the deadline may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

    We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and pre-authorized debit. SPUD will bill your card the day after your delivery arrives.

    SPUD protects your credit card and bank information in a secure encrypted file.

    Your delivery day is based on the neighbourhood you live in. Your order will be delivered between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. You don’t need to be at home to receive your order, just let us know where you would like your grocery bin dropped off. We provide cold packs, insulated jackets and dry ice to ensure everything arrives and stays fresh.

    If you live in an apartment, there are several options:

    • Provide SPUD with a front entrance key, which will be labeled securely with a special code. Your driver will use the key to leave your groceries at your suite door. Contact us to get a letter requesting a key from your building manager.
    • Get permission from the manager, caretaker, or neighbour to allow your driver access to leave the groceries at your suite door.
    • Leave the groceries in a secure location outside your building or at a nearby location such as your office.

    In your bin each week, you’ll find your carefully packed groceries along with a printed receipt and our Garlic Press newsletter. Published weekly, the newsletter highlights discounts and specials, provides a weekly recipe, information about local suppliers, and informative health tips.

    On the morning of your next delivery, please place your empty SPUD bin along with any bottle returns, ice packs and freezer jackets outside at your designated pickup spot. Your SPUD driver will take these empties away when dropping off your next delivery!
